To ensure the hot tub is safe, clean, and hygienic for every guest, it must be professionally prepared before each booking. This involves a technician fully draining the tub, thoroughly cleaning and sanitising it, refilling it with fresh water, and balancing the correct chemicals to maintain safe water quality.
